Great ski conditions continue

After a phenomenal snow fall in late January the Alps are now seeing warm temperatures and blue skies creating some fantastic ski conditions for half term and deep snow bases that should see good skiing into March. With the half term peak almost over a long ski weekend in March looks like a great opportunity to get some good quality skiing. Switzerland is a top pick for many looking for a last minute ski holiday with Andermatt and Engelberg in the top 10 high level snow depths currently and if you are looking some fresh snow in Europe then check out Sweden and Finland, currently receiving heavy snow with more on the way.

If you are thinking of heading across to North America for a ski trip then you are in for a treat! California has already had the most amount of snow it’s had in February EVER! and it’s still snowing! Resorts like Mammoth are so confident about their base that they are extending their ski season into the middle of July.
